Shipping, Delivery and Refund Policy 

Order Processing​

All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days.

​Shipping - USA Only

All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking ID.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is generated for your order. 

The tracking status of your shipment may take 1-2 business days to update. ​

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims should be filed with courier and local law enforcement. ​

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within Tucson, Oro Valley and the Marana area.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 4 days, if your product is damaged or the incorrect product is received. ​​​​
